We are all unique and extraordinary beings. Each one of us has a unique set of attributes that define us, who we are, how we perceive the world and others around us. Myself, I love the arts, interacting with other’s and discovered many of my life-long passions at a very young age - some as early as eight years old.

I feel strongly that my choice in becoming a Marriage Commissioner was simply a natural progression of life events for me, combined with the arts while interacting with the world around me. As it turns out, my background and education have allowed me to take on the role of Marriage Commissioner where I combine my love of the arts and strong interpersonal skills to provide my clients with a relaxed, comfortable and unforgettable, marriage experience.

In addition, I've had the pleasure of attending a British Private school in the West Indies to further my education and love for elegant writing styles and haven’t been able to let go since. As a result, I’ve combined my love for calligraphy and as a marriage commissioner to provide my customers with truly unique ideas and inspiration for their wedding day. My formal education background includes a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and have served as a Junior High School Teacher for fifteen years.

Despite operating as one of the few professional calligraphers in Edmonton, I take my art and role of marriage officiant very seriously. I have also studied with many internationally renowned calligraphers and  constantly updating my skills through conferences, workshops and reading materials.
